Nowhere. ''Pyrex is a brand name for glassware, introduced by
Corning Incorporated in 1915.'' Although they sold off their consumer
products division, Corning retained the Pyres trademark, and use of this
trademark is through license.
While you can undoubtedly make a water pipe from borosilicate glass, the
long association of water pipes with illicit drug use makes it highly unlikely that license to use the trademark would be granted.
